Welcome spring with the ultimate Easter warm-up! In this hands-on class, Chef David Terrasi will guide you through making soft, fragrant Hot Cross Buns from scratch. While they bake, we’ll mix up a sweet, silky honey compound butter and a zesty rhubarb jam. Once the buns are warm from the oven, you’ll split them open, swipe on that golden butter, and enjoy the perfect bite of Easter comfort. It’s a cozy, delicious way to sharpen your baking skills—and sneak in a taste of the holiday—before the big day.

*We welcome all ages to attend our cooking classes. However, anyone under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a paying adult to attend any of our general classes.

*Every class is fully hands-on, with students working individually or in small groups of up to two to create each dish together.
