Easter Pie Workshop

Join Chef Lucy in this hands-on three-hour class on the art of making our most perfect buttery crust! You will learn how to prepare the fillings using local and in-season fruit, vegetables, and dairy. We will teach you our tricks and techniques for the most workable dough. You will end up with beautiful pies to take home, so you can enjoy them long after the class! In this class we will guide you through three types of pies: Blind Baked Cream Pie, Double Crust Fruit Pie, and a Single Crust Sugar Pie.

*We welcome all ages to attend our cooking classes. However, anyone under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a paying adult to attend any of our general classes.

*Every class is fully hands-on, with students working individually or in small groups of up to two to create each dish together.
