Those beautiful colorful sweet almond meringue sandwich cookies certainly have a mind of their own, but let us teach you proper techniques and tips, so you can help them make their mind up the way you’d like! In this three-hour workshop, you will learn the tricks to making these naturally gluten free cookies. We will also teach you some quick and easy fillings, and will work with you on creating your very own signature flavors!

*We welcome all ages to attend our cooking classes. However, anyone under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a paying adult to attend any of our general classes.

*Every class is fully hands-on, with students working individually or in small groups of up to two to create each dish together.
