New England Fall Harvest Dinner

Gather around the table for a cozy evening inspired by the best flavors of a New England fall! This hands-on class is part cooking lesson, part night out, as we work together to create a beautiful family-style dinner using seasonal ingredients and classic techniques.
We’ll make a rustic tomato, white bean & kale minestrone, apple cider-glazed chicken thighs nestled over a savory apple and onion compote, and roasted fall vegetables finished with brown butter and sage. Along the way, you’ll pick up a few techniques you can take home—like building layers of flavor, creating a pan sauce, browning butter, and balancing sweet and savory flavors.
And then, of course, we’ll sit down together and enjoy it all with Sweet Lucy’s Raspberry Cornbread and Chantilly Cream for dessert.
Come ready to cook, learn, laugh, and enjoy a fall dinner with good food and good company.
Includes: 3-hour hands-on class and family-style dinner.
