Pub Favorites: Onions

If you’ve ever wondered how your favorite pub turns humble ingredients into food you can’t stop thinking about, this is your chance to get into the kitchen with Chef Chad Flasinski of Hotfire Bar and Grill and find out.
Onions are the star of this hands-on class, but the real focus is on the techniques that turn simple ingredients into seriously good pub food. We’ll work through the layers of flavor behind a rich French onion soup, get crispy with classic onion rings, and make one more pub favorite that puts onions front and center.
Chef Chad brings the experience of one of the area’s most popular restaurants straight to the classroom, giving you a chance to cook alongside him, ask questions, and pick up some of the tricks that make his food so popular.
Come ready to chop, cook, laugh, and eat your way through a very onion-heavy evening.
