Join us for the next class in our Big Easy series as we welcome back Chef Wesley Janssen of Well’s Provisions! In this hands-on class, Wesley will guide you through a rich, soulful etouffee—full of deep flavor, classic technique, and all the warmth you want from a Louisianan-inspired dish. Along the way, you’ll learn about the building blocks that make this style of cooking so special, from layering flavor to getting the signature velvety finish. Come ready to cook, learn, and spend an evening bringing a little New Orleans spirit to Franklin County!

*We welcome all ages to attend our cooking classes. However, anyone under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a paying adult to attend any of our general classes.

*Every class is fully hands-on, with students working individually or in small groups of up to two to create each dish together.
