In this class, you’ll learn the techniques behind classic New Orleans beignets—from working with the dough to frying them up light, pillowy, and golden. We’ll explore what makes these simple treats so irresistible while enjoying a relaxed, engaging class filled with good food and good company.

*We welcome all ages to attend our cooking classes. However, anyone under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a paying adult to attend any of our general classes.

*Every class is fully hands-on, with students working individually or in small groups of up to two to create each dish together. We do our best to finish on time, but every class moves a little differently, so please allow for up to 30 minutes before or after the scheduled end time.
