Apple Strudel

There’s nothing quite like apple season in New England—and we’re celebrating it at its very best! Join Chef David Terrasi during the heart of the apple harvest as we turn freshly picked apples from Clarkdale Fruit Farms into a classic, beautifully layered apple strudel.
This hands-on baking class is all about the magic that happens when simple ingredients meet a little technique. We’ll work with apples at their seasonal peak, build the filling, and learn how to create that delicate, crisp, golden strudel that makes this dessert such a classic.
Come ready for the smell of warm apples and cinnamon, a little flour on the counter, and plenty of fall baking fun with David. It’s apple season—let’s make the most of it!
