Advanced Lamination-Beyond Croissants

Expanding on the foundations taught in our Croissant Workshop, this class will explore the endless possibilities of pastries made with laminated dough! This class will deepen your understanding of the lamination process, as we reinforce by doing! We will dig deeper and go beyond the traditional croissant shapes with filled, rolled, and sugared treats! Experience a new level of baking in this advanced baking class! Although this class is designed for all, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND joining our Croissant Workshop or have a baseline knowledge of lamination before joining this advanced class.

*We welcome all ages to attend our cooking classes. However, anyone under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a paying adult to attend any of our general classes.
