Tastes of Korea: Banchans and Japchae

Join us in exploring the flavors and style of Korea through little side dishes, called Banchans. We will help you with the staple ingredients and where to find them. Bring your knife skills as we also set out to create Japchae, a Korean glass noodles stir fry. Enjoy a family style meal following the class to experience how all the different flavors and textures come together!

• Banchans: Braised Potatoes, Seasoned Yellow Pickled Radish, Korean Cucumber Salad, Seasoned Spinach
• Japchae (Korean Glass Noodles Stir Fry)

Includes: 2-hour hands-on class, and a family meal at the end.
