New Year’s Eve Take & Bake 3 Course Dinner

Looking for a fancy dinner to ring in the New Year, but you don’t want to fight the crowds at your local restaurant, can’t find a babysitter on the night of the celebration, or you just want to stay in and not have all the dishes that are made when cooking at home? Well, join us just a day before and we will not only teach you how to make a 3-course meal, but we will send you home with the perfect meal to enjoy on December 31st! Each guest will leave with enough food to serve a couple of people, reheating instructions, and the empowerment to recreate this meal again and again! And best of all, let Sweet Lucy’s Bakeshop wash all the pots and pans!
1st Course
Chopped Apple and Kale Salad with a Miso Honey Mustard Dressing
2nd Course
Traditional French Cassoulet with Duck Confit, Savory Sausage, and Slow Cooked Beans
3rd Course
Vanilla Crème Brulee with Lavendar Shortbread
Includes: 3-hour hands-on class, and a make-ahead meal that serves at least 2 people (reheats perfectly for leftovers!)
