Make-Ahead Thanksgiving Sides

Take the pressure off Thanksgiving Day by making your sides weeks in advance! In this hands-on class, we’ll prepare cozy, elegant bistro-inspired dishes that hold their flavor and texture in the freezer, so you can simply thaw, reheat, and serve. You’ll make the mess here at the shop while learning chef-approved tips for packaging, freezing, and reheating each side dish to perfection.
