Hand-Formed Pasta

By the end of this class, you will realize how much easier it is to make your own pasta than it is to get in your car, drive to the grocery store, and buy store-bought pasta! Starting with just flour and egg, you will learn just how quick and easy handmade pasta really is! Chef Lucy will guide you through making Hand-Formed Pasta Dough, along with a couple staple Sauces. We will spend the last part of the class Hand-Forming a variety of Shapes. Lastly, we will cook it off and you will get to enjoy your simple masterpieces!
In this hands-on class you will learn:
*Fresh Egg Pasta Dough
*Fresh Semolina Pasta Dough
*Pappardelle with Prosciutto, Brown Butter, and Sage
*Orecchiette with tomato sauce and ricotta
*Trofie with Pesto Sauce
Includes: 3-hour hands-on class, and a family style meal made of Hand-Formed Pasta made by you!
