Danish Pastry Workshop

If you’ve mastered croissants, you’ll love discovering how Danish pastries take laminated dough in a whole new direction. In this 3-hour hands on class, we’ll explore the richer, sweeter dough that gives Danishes their tender bite, and learn shaping techniques for both Bear Claws and Classic Fruit and Cheese pasties. Even if you’ve taken our croissant class, you’ll pick up new skills, flavors, and shaping methods that make these pastries a completely different—and equally delicious—baking adventure. You’ll head home with a bakery box of your own creations, ready to share (or not).
