Whether you’re brand-new to choux or coming back for round two, this class is your chance to take those adorable little choukette skills and give them a gentle glow -up! Chef David Terrasi will guide you through the foundations—piping, shaping, and understanding the dough—before showing you how a few simple tweaks can turn basic puffs into elegant swans and beautiful French Crullers.
It’s a fun, approachable step forward for beginners and a fresh creative spin for returning students. You’ll leave with a better feel for the dough, new shapes to show off, and a whole lot of “I can’t believe I made that!” energy. Same choux…just a little fancier.
