Bake Like a Pro: Galettes

Join us for our FIFTH “Bake Like a Pro” series class! In this series we will be focusing on mastering the basic techniques of baking; such as mixing methods, the science behind baking, how to decide when things are done baking, and so much more. We will gradually build your skills through different recipes and lots of repetition. This class has been created to help you become more confident with your baking. Start here to improve your skills for a lifetime!
Warm up your oven, your home and your heart by learning some fundamental baking skills this spring. Let us help you remove the mystery of baking and empower you to create your own specialty flavors in this hands-on class once we teach you how to master the basics! In this Bake Like a Pro, we’ll slow things down and dive deep into the craft of building beautiful, rustic pastries. From mastering tender, flaky dough to shaping and folding like a pro, this class is all about technique – and the confidence that comes with it. You’ll create an Easter-ready Galette that goes unbaked, so you can pop it into your oven for a stunning holiday centerpiece.

*We welcome all ages to attend our cooking classes. However, anyone under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a paying adult to attend any of our general classes.
*Every class is fully hands-on, with students working individually or in small groups of up to two to create each dish together.
