What exactly makes a bagel…a bagel? In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn how to transform five simple ingredients into an elegant, crusty, chewy, oh-so-delicious classic. We’ll walk you through mixing, shaping, boiling, and baking—demystifying the entire process so you can confidently make them at home. Choose to keep yours Plain or go bold with and Everything topping, and we’ll whip up a batch of homemade Shmears to finish them off just right. It’s a fun, approachable class that delivers fresh, warm bagels you’ll be proud to take home.

*We welcome all ages to attend our cooking classes. However, anyone under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a paying adult to attend any of our general classes.

*Every class is fully hands-on, with students working individually or in small groups of up to two to create each dish together.
