Around the World Christmas Cookies

What IS a Christmas Cookie? We often ponder this question at Sweet Lucy’s Bakeshop! There are so many answers, depending on people’s tradition! In this class, we will refer to Italy, Denmark, Poland, and Iceland for inspiration. By the end of class, you will be fascinated with how many different cookies can be made with the same few ingredients: butter, sugar, flour, and eggs!
