Wesley brings an authentic\, approachable perspective to the food and traditions of the South\, and this time\, we’re gathering around a pot of one of Louisiana’s most beloved dishes: jambalaya. \nIn this hands-on class\, you’ll learn the techniques and flavor-building behind a deeply satisfying jambalaya—from creating its rich foundation to bringing everything together in one flavorful pot. It’s the kind of cooking that is meant to be shared\, passed around the table\, and enjoyed with good company. \nCome spend an evening with Wesley\, learn a little more about the food and culture of Louisiana\, and leave with the skills to bring a taste of the Big Easy into your own kitchen. \nLaissez les bons temps rouler! \nDetails/Menu: \n\nLouisiana-style jambalaya\nRecipes and techniques to take home\n\nIncludes: 2-hour hands-on cooking class\, recipes for everything made in class\, and a meal enjoyed together at the end of the evening. \nLearn what to expect and cooking class policies here. \n*We welcome all ages to attend our cooking classes. However\, anyone under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a paying adult to attend any of our general classes. \n*Every class is fully hands-on\, with students working individually or in small groups of up to two to create each dish together. We do our best to finish on time\, but every class moves a little differently\, so please allow for up to 30 minutes before or after the scheduled end time.
