DESCRIPTION:Step into a class that’s all about joyful cooking and seriously slurp-worthy noodles! In this class\, you’ll learn how to mix and shape fresh Udon the traditional way\, bringing this beloved Japanese comfort food to life with a little creativity and a lot of fun. While our noodles rest\, we’ll make okonomiyaki\, a savory Japanese cabbage pancake\, before returning to our udon. We’ll build a cozy\, flavorful broth and create a crunch toppings bar so everyone can customize their perfect bowl. All ingredients and materials are provided—just bring your sense of adventure! \nDetails/Menu: \n\nHomemade Udon Noodles\nOkonomiyaki\n\nIncludes: 2-hour hands-on cooking class\, plus a to-go meal! \nLearn what to expect and cooking class policies here. \n*We welcome all ages to attend our cooking classes. However\, anyone under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a paying adult to attend any of our general classes. \n*Every class is fully hands-on\, with students working individually or in small groups of up to two to create each dish together. We do our best to finish on time\, but every class moves a little differently\, so please allow for up to 30 minutes before or after the scheduled end time.
