The Pie Workshop

Join Lucy in this hands-on three-hour class on the art of making our most perfect buttery crust! You will learn how to prepare the fillings using local and in-season fruit, vegetables*, and dairy. We will teach you our tricks and techniques for the most workable dough. You will end up with beautiful pies to take home, so you can enjoy them long after the class! In this class we will guide you through three types of pies: Cream Pie, Double Crust Pie, and a free form pie known as a Galette.

*Fruit and vegetables depend on availability, ask us what we will have each month!
