What exactly makes a bagel a bagel? In this 3-hour hands on class, you will learn how to take 5 simple ingredients and turn them into an elegant, crusty, chewy and oh so delicious delight! Choose to make them Plain or add an Everything mix on top! We will also make Shmears to top them!
