In this class we will teach you essential techniques for creating tried and true classic Parisian desserts! You will learn to make a Classic Vanilla Bean Crème Brulee, then using seasonal fruit, you will learn a Brown Butter Financier, and for the grand finale we will perfect the Paris Brest.
