Do you feel like you’re not good at baking because “it’s science”? Well, at Sweet Lucy’s, we don’t believe it’s as hard as people think, so we are on a mission to share our knowledge of how to make it easy! In this two and a half-hour class, we will help demystify some of the science behind baking. We will debunk some traditional “rules” that grandma might have taught you and show you just how easy it is! Bring on your baking questions! The first half of this class will be a lecture with a Q&A session, followed by a hands-on baking lab where we will put our knowledge to the test.
