Looking for a fancy dinner to ring in the New Year, but you don’t want to fight the crowds at your local restaurant, can’t find a babysitter on the night of the celebration, or you just want to stay in and not have all the dishes that are made when cooking at home? Well, join us just a couple of days before and we will not only teach you how to make a 3-course meal, but we will send you home with the perfect meal to enjoy on December 31st! Each guest will leave with enough food to serve a couple of people, reheating instructions, and the empowerment to recreate this meal again and again! And best of all, let Sweet Lucy’s Bakeshop wash all the pots and pans!
1st Course
Kale and Brussels Sprout Caesar Salad with Roasted Beets and Toasted Almonds
2nd Course
Braised Osso Buco with Red Wine and Root Vegetables
served over a pan-seared Potato Cake
3rd Course
Molten Chocolate Cake with Sweet Chantilly Cream
