Build confidence in the kitchen by learning and sharpening your knife skills! Knife skills are important for every person who cooks, not just professionals. There is more to it than just cutting! In this two-hour class, you will build a foundation of knife efficiency, including proper grip, everyday use and professional techniques. With repetition and practice, you will build your confidence and productivity. You will learn important cuts, dices and slices and make a delicious meal out of it! Bring your favorite knife or learn with one of ours.
In this hands-on class you will learn:
*Knife cuts, including Bias-cut, Julienne, Dice, Mince, Chiffonade and Batons, while making mirepoix and fajitas
