In this class you will learn our tried-and-true cannoli dough recipe, followed by our modern take on this classic dessert. We will teach you how to roll and fry these tube-shaped fried pastry shells, and then work on making sweet creams to fill the shells. Follow our recipes or get creative and make your own filling! With our guidance, you will leave with something amazing.
