What IS a Christmas Cookie? We often ponder this question at Sweet Lucy’s Bakeshop! There are so many answers, depending on people’s tradition! In this class, we will refer to Italy, Austria, Scotland, Mexico, and the United Kingdom for inspiration. By the end of class, you will be fascinated with how many different cookies can be made with the same few ingredients: butter, sugar, flour, and eggs!

In this hands-on class you will learn:

*Chocolate Almond Pizzelles

*Cranberry Linzer Cookies

*Buttered Shortbread

*Mexican Wedding Cakes

*Iced Gingerbread

Includes: 2-hour class, light refreshments and a box of Christmas Cookies for you to take home!
