In the event that your class is cancelled due to bad weather, low enrollment, or other circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible by email and issue you a full refund.
Cancellations:
Similar to sporting events or concerts, Sweet Lucy’s Bakeshop Cooking Classes are non-refundable for ANY REASON. Tickets are valid for the event purchased and cannot be transferred to any other event. In the event that you cannot attend, you are more than welcome to send someone else in your place. Please understand that our Cooking School is very small and there are a lot of details that go into our class schedule that affect this policy. If you are unable to attend and cannot find someone else to go in your place, you are welcome to swing by the shop to pick up the recipe packet at any point after your scheduled class (please email us to let us know you will be picking it up sweetlucysbakeshop@gmail.com, we do not email recipe packets to anyone, you must be in person to receive the packet).
