CANCELLATIONS
If WE cancel
If we cancel your class due to bad weather, low enrollment, or other unavoidable circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible by email and issue you a full refund.
If YOU cancel
If you cancel your reservation with more than 1 week’s notice, we can issue you a refund with a 20% cancellation fee.
If you cancel your reservation with less than 1 week’s notice, there is no refund.
TRANSFERS
If you would like to change your reservation with more than 3 weeks’ notice, transfers to any class with available spaces are allowed, with no penalty.
If you would like to change your reservation with less than 2 weeks’ but more than 1 week’s notice, transfers to any class with available spaces will be charged a 20% transfer fee.
If you would like to change your reservation with less than 1 week’s notice, no transfers are allowed.
